What we offer
Swim training sessions in small groups targeting all those amateurs athletes who want to regularly swim in a continuous dynamic practice.
How we do it
We create different swimming groups according to the level, needs and goals: Choose your level:
- Beginner: initiate and begin to enjoy this sport by understanding and learning the basics about swimming.
- Intermediate: further on the training through the improvement of technique skills, while developing endurance and force.
- Advanced: improve your force, power and endurance capacites together with reaching high swimming skills in order to face your next challenging TRI and/or OW events.
- Kids & Teens: also swim training for the youngest (min 12 years).

I love Wednesdays because I know that even I having a tough day, in the evening there's always a reward: I go to swim! . I come out of the water happy, revitalized and I forget about the difficult moments even in those cold winter days. Besides, I have improved my style and I surprisingly gained great endurance. Definitively, swimming is a mind-body therapy. Edu spreads his motivation and encourages you and he finds the perfect balance between technique, effort, fun and positive reinforcement.
